Niagara Explorer

Privacy Policy

A configurable privacy template describing potential data handling. It requires review and completion before launch.

Information that may be collected

The public guide can be read without an account. If a contact backend is configured, it may collect the name, email, subject, message, consent record, time, and technical anti-spam data supplied through the form. Do not collect sensitive information through the form.

Analytics and cookies

Non-essential analytics must remain disabled until consent. The current consent component stores a preference locally in the browser. A production analytics provider, retention period, legal basis, and consent-management platform must be identified here before use.

Contact-form data

The demo form does not transmit data. After a secure backend is connected, explain the processor, purpose, retention, security, and deletion process.

Third-party links

Links may lead to attractions, hotels, governments, or other providers with their own privacy practices. A link does not make Niagara Explorer responsible for a third party’s handling.

User rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or receive a copy of personal data. Describe the rights and verification process applicable to the actual publisher and jurisdiction.

Contact and updates

Privacy contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Publisher: [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. State the effective date and material-change process before launch.
